|  | How To Order Online |  | How To Order You can order products from us by visiting our Online Store. Here you will find a simple index, organised by categories that consist of our entire product range! To browse or find the products you want, you simply click on your desired category. From your initial selection, you are then either presented with a list of products or further sub-categories. Simply follow the category links that match the type of product(s) that you wish to purchase.
If you have a specific product in mind, you can find it directly by entering the product name in search box provided. If we stock the item, it should be listed in the results sent back to you from your search criteria.
If you have problems finding the product you want, or wish to enquire whether we can order a particular item for you, please contact our sales department, who will only be too happy to assist you.

| Online Security AMV Supplies Ltd uses Actinic Catalog e-commerce technology for our on-line ordering process. All customer orders are encrypted, which occurs on the buyer's PC and decryption only occurs on our in-house systems. At no stage are your transaction and payment details decrypted (visible) whilst they travel over the Internet, or whilst they are stored on our website.
The encryption is carried out by Java technology using a 128 bit encryption key. This encryption method is used to protect sensitive information such as your credit card number, credit card type and credit card expiry date.
The following banks have approved their customer's use of Actinic Catalog - Barclays Bank, HSBC and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

| Delivery Service 1. Delivery is Free of Charge on ALL online orders over £30. Delivery is made, next day via courier nationwide.
2. If the order is under £30 then a delivery charge of £3.50 will be applicable.
3. Two Day delivery is available for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands-Please contact us for pricing.
4. Please call 01634-296900 for any Special, Timed or Saturday Delivery Charges.
5. Orders Received on Fridays will be delivered Mondays.
6. All Deliveries will be made the day after any Bank or Public Holidays.
7. All orders must be placed by 4:45 pm for Next Day Delivery.
8. If Stock is not available then we will inform you of earliest availability. |
