What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo. We can also accept cheques for pro forma orders.
Please contact us if you are a business and wish to set up a credit account with us.
We accept purchase orders from schools and government organisations who automatically have an account facility
Is my credit card information secure?
All Credit Card information is passed over a secure connection using the latest encryption technology. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our despatch system. Our systems are extremely secure and so your credit card details are safe.

How will my goods be delivered and how much will it cost?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £30.
For all orders under £30 (excluding VAT) there is a £3.50 carriage charge
All orders are dispatched for next day delivery using a courier service.
The courier will require a signature when delivering the goods, so if special instructions/delivery address is required then please state when ordering.
How long will my order take to get to me?
We source your products from various locations and they all hold a large stock of inkjet cartridges and toners.
Delivery is made next day after day of purchase. All orders received before 5pm are sent out the same day. Your goods will reach you next working day.
All orders placed at the weekend/bank holiday/after 5pm will be despatched the next working day.
In the unlikely event that your goods are not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Do you sell compatible toners & Inks ?

No, you can talk to one of our sales team by calling 01634 296900, email sales or fax a request to us on 01634 296990. Sales are contactable between 9-5.30Pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Fridays.
