Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We aim to beat any genuine advertised price.

- If you find a cheaper price online then AMV supplies will endevour to match or better the price.
- We reserve the right to ask for written proof of a competitors offer before we beat the price. This can be faxed to us on 01634 296990, E-mailed to sales or the relative URL submitted to us.
- Prices cannot be matched if it is part of a special offer, cash-back scheme, ex-display, clearance or refurbished items, typographical errors or 'bundle' pack specific to another comptetitor
- The competitor must have the identical product in stock and available immediately to the general public.
- The competitors product price must include any charges for next day delivery & VAT.
- Should a competitors price be quoted with the sole purpose of challenging the price promise (i.e. is being quoted at an un-commercial rate) then we reserve the right to refuse to beat the price.

Delivery Information

- Carriage is Free of Charge on all online orders.
· Nation-wide Next business day delivery anywhere in Mainland Britain
· Two Day delivery Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands-£20 per consignment
· Please call 01634-296900 for any Special, Timed or Saturday Delivery Charges.
· Orders Received on Fridays will be delivered Mondays.
· All Deliveries will be made the day after any Bank or Public Holidays. Delivery times are between 9am & 5:30 pm.
· All orders must be placed by 5pm (Monday to Thursday) for Next Day Delivery. By 4:30pm on Fridays for next day.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are next day by courier. Delivery times are between 9AM and 5:30PM

In the event of deliveries not arriving by 4pm then please contact Customer Cervices where they will be able to source an estimated time of delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you and place it on back order if required. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added. .

Credit Card Security
AMV Supplies Ltd uses Actinic Catalog e-commerce technology for our on-line ordering process. All customer orders are encrypted, which occurs on the buyer's PC and decryption only occurs on our in-house systems. At no stage are your transaction and payment details decrypted (visible) whilst they travel over the Internet, or whilst they are stored on our website.

The encryption is carried out by Java technology using a 128 bit encryption key. This encryption method is used to protect sensitive information such as your credit card number, credit card type and credit card expiry date.

Returns Policy

For returns, please contact customer services. For Konica and Xerox consumables then please contact the manufacturer.

-The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

-Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened.

. Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.

. Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.

-The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.

-Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.

Remittance Terms Payment is to be made by either

1. Credit card at time of order
2. Credit card where the details are sent seperately
3. Pro Forma invoice. This is where an invoice is sent to you and payment is made before the goods are released
4. By account. This option is only available if an application has been made and agreed by AMV Supplies.
5. For Government, Education and Public Sector customers, an account facility is already avaliable.

If an account has been set up then payment is 30 days from month end.
