Returns Procedure

For all returns, faulty products or short shipped goods then please contact customer service on the email address above.    

  • The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened.

  • Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.

  • All faulty goods will be issued with a collection number. A replacement item will be sent to you for next day delivery and the faulty item will be collected.

  • Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.

  • The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved and a 20% restocking fee in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.

  • Refunds will be made by the same method of payment with any deductions (for non faulty goods) taken.
