Returns Procedure
For all returns, faulty products or short shipped goods then please contact customer services.
Email Us
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened.
Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.
All faulty goods will be issued with a collection number. A replacement item will be sent to you for next day delivery and the faulty item will be collected.
Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved and a 20% restocking fee in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment with any deductions (for non faulty goods) taken.
